How Your Call Goes

First, you do most of the talking. Maybe it is a chlorine smell at the kitchen tap, white spots on the shower glass, or you would just like better drinking water. A few quick questions about your home and any equipment you already have come next. Then we pick a visit time that fits your week. Our visits cover Flower Mound and nearby towns including Highland Village, Lantana and Argyle.

At the visit we test your water, walk you through the results and explain which options make sense, from whole-home filtration and water softeners to reverse osmosis or UV water treatment. If something is not needed, we tell you. Afterward you get a written quote that spells out the equipment, the installation and any plumbing changes, so the number you agree to is the number you pay. Nothing gets added after the fact.

Helpful to Have Ready Before You Call

  1. A quick note of what you notice, such as taste, odor, spotting or scale on fixtures.
  2. The rough age of your home and whether the plumbing has ever been updated.
  3. Details on any filter or softener already installed, including where it sits.
  4. Two or three days and times that work for a visit.
